Since its formation in 1986, it has been the Port's goal to encourage economic diversification and job creation. The port accomplishes this through developing construction ready industrial sites and buildings that are available for immediate occupancy by clients.
Port of Centralia is the northern most industrial park in Lewis County. It has increased it's industrial land holdings several times over the past twenty (20) years to include businesses such as Michaels Distribution, Lowe's, Scot Industries and Sierra Pacific for example.
East Lewis County Public Development Authority
This community based organization promotes business and industry at the East end of our county. They operate the Packwood Business Park which provides companies a good location, available workforce and competitive pricing in a beautiful rural setting.
The Industrial Commission
A community based development organization in operation for almost 50 years. The commission has land ready for sale (all utilities available) and is able to serve as project developer.
