The Washington State chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has announced that the Developer of the Year award for 2010 has been given to Tarragon Corporation. Associated with Tarragon’s property at the Port of Centralia, the Millard Refrigeration and Lowe’s developments were named the NAIOP Deal of the Year for 2010.
